This will serve as your user guide and technical reference for the process automation now, and future enhancements.

This can be served with a URL or put in a self contained app, similar to an e-book.

Getting Started

  • Greg Kempker is your local expert, also we are always available to assist.
  • Any system is only as good as the data it is fed. Completing full customer records, logging interactions and working with the workflow will facilitate successful and efficient transition from initial order to shipping.
  • Should the data ever drift from actual, there are corrective measures to re-align.
  • When you go live, it is important from that point forward that all transactions within the scope of the system are accurately recorded and processed.

Technology Structure

Each of the system components has its own section represented on the top left of this guide.

The technology used is all within the Microsoft 365 Business Premium suite, and include:

  • Power Automate
  • Outlook / Exchange

Sales Orders

We start at the beginning of the workflow, and it begins with submitting a Sales Order

Everything else between now and an item being shipped and invoiced is downstream.
